I feel they are cramming players from all over the world on NA and EU servers. It's pretty ridiculous. I am in the West US and there are players from Asia and the Middle East playing on my server. Most of the time they are rubber banding or slithering like a snake across the dz and last stand. The KSA players would scream allahu akbar ever time they drop a seeker or shoot a sticky bomb in the darkzone like they are practicing for jihad. It's quite annoying actually. I get a poor connection to host message in every last stand and survial session. If i join a friend from different region of the us, i still get a poor connection to host. I feel servers are located in Antarctica.
