I would suggest you to refer to the steps mentioned below:
Step 1) Review the monitor controls:
These controls are the buttons located at the bottom of the screen. Typically, 4 functions change the position of the display: horizontal size, horizontal position, vertical position and vertical size. Play with these adjustments to adjust settings to your preference.
Step 2) Put your display back to default settings:

Each manufacturer has its own settings to put back your computer to factory settings. This will set your display back to default settings .This option should be available in monitor controls.
Step 3) To Enable Windows WDDM feature:

Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.
Back up the registry
You must be logged on as an administrator to perform these steps. If you aren't logged in as an administrator, you can only change settings that apply to your user account.
Before you make changes to a registry key or sub key, we recommend that you export, or make a backup copy, of the key or sub key. You can save the backup copy to a location you specify, such as a folder on your hard disk or a removable storage device. If you make changes that you want to undo, you can import the backup copy.
1. Open the Registry Editor by Pressing the Start button + C, typing regedit into the search box, and then pressing Enter. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
2. Locate and click the key or sub key that you want to back up.
3. Click the File menu, and then click Export.
4. In the Save in box, select the location where you want to save the backup copy to, and then type a name for the backup file in the File name box.
5. Click Save.
Once you back up the registry proceed to Method 1
Method 1
a) Press Win + C key and this will bring the charms bar
b) In the windows charms bar, click on search
c) In the search bar type in the command RUN
d) In the run window type in the command REGEDIT
e) This will bring the registry editor window Browse or navigate to the following registry branch:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoft
1. Create a new registry branch called DWM
2. Inside the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftDWM registry branch, create a new DWORD sub key called Enable Machine Check.
3. Right click on Enable Machine Check (or double click on it) to set the value to 0.
4. Repeat above two steps to create another DWORD called Blur, and set the value to 0.
5. Repeat again the steps to create another DWORD called Animations and set that to 0.
f) Last two steps are to disable the blurring and animations effects to lessen the load burden on your graphics card so that the system will be responsive.
g) You can also disable slow animation effect, which slowly minimize or slowly close the window(s) when the “Shift” Key is held when you minimize or close a window with “Animations Shift Key”, disable use of Elongated Buttons with “Use Alternate Buttons”, or disable Aero Glass Copy and Paste with “Glass”. To enable any of them, simply modify the value to 1.
h) Now click on tools in IE 10
i) Click on internet options, go to advanced tab
j) Under advanced tab you will see an option that reads Accelerated graphics, check the box that reads “Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering”
